Executive Vice President
Tracey Mendrek joins Culloton Strategies with decades of experience in public relations, strategic thinking and event management. At Culloton Strategies, Mendrek takes her entrepreneurial skills as a small business owner, crisis communicator and organizational maven and applies them to new business development, as well as client services. An independent thinker, Mendrek has had extensive experience dealing with highly successful corporate, association and nonprofit events and provides clients with leadership and fundraising skills.
Mendrek integrates positive media outreach with a balanced approach of strategic, tactical thinking for several Fortune 500 clients. She has had the pleasure of working with the producers of MSNBC broadcasts of Morning Joe and Way Too Early featuring the 100th birthday celebration of Wrigley Field and interacting with major broadcast and print media during the protracted litigation surrounding frozen embryos and parental rights.
She brings her international experience of corporate communications, strategic positioning and message development with former clients like Arthur Andersen, Turnaround Management Association and Challenge Aspen to the Culloton team. Past experience includes managing major events and media opportunities at every level and working with high profile speakers such as Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Senator Robert Dole, Arnold Palmer and Grammy award winning artists Vince Gill and Amy Grant.
In addition to her public relations expertise, Mendrek has an extensive knowledge of professional golf. Mendrek has worked in media operations, marketing and sales for several PGA TOUR and Champions Tour events. Having worked for the Western Golf Association and the Chicago District Golf Association, Mendrek has built relationships with many PGA TOUR players and members of the international golf community.
